We recently had our roof replaced by Mr. Blake and his team. He was a total professional throughout the entire process. While most other contractors did a standing 5 minute consult with us, Mr. Blake was in our home for almost an hour showing us exactly what would be done and thoroughly answering all our questions. The workmanship was great, the price was somewhere in between the highest and lowest quotes we received. Mr. Blake went out of his way to contact our home insurance company for us to get us more money than we were originally expecting. He was not obligated to do that at all since it was after the work was already finished. He truly went above and beyond.

Arnie Blake is the best. He explains things in details and goes over your options. A few times he inspects your project. You can talk to him. He is involved in your job from the beginning and until you are completely satisfied. He does not rush you and he wants you to be completely satisfied before he asks for final payment. You can also talk to his workers and if something is not the way you thought it would be they will fix it. Considering the quality, care, and workmanship his prices are reasonable.

Had to have my full roof replaced mid-winter. Mr. Blake and his team came to the rescue. Gave a call and in no time at all they came to my home and in detail discussed options, prices and ideas. My experience with them was EXCELLENT. I can't tell you how impressed with them. The owner - Arnie Blake - spent the time to visit us personally, explain how the process works when working with an insurance company and the details of what a good roofing job is compared to a slap-on job. They follow the (GAF) book when they installed the roof and it not only looks great, but there are no leaks. On top of that, his price quote was spot on with what the insurance company quoted and there was this deductible of some sort (forgot the name) that we thought that we had missed the deadline on and figured we would lose out on it, but after submitting the right paperwork and following up the insurance company sent the check for the remaining amount, leaving us with only our deductible to cover out of pocket.
I promised to make this review some time ago and a lot of time has passed, but the roof still looks great (even after several more rough storms) and I would recommend them over and over again.
We called a few other companies and I can tell you there are a lot of shady characters out there doing roofs. If you want to work with a professional who takes pride in their work and does the right job and the right price, I'd recommend Blake Roofing!

We had a major leak due to the storm just 2 months into our new home which had a 20 yr old roof. We met with a lot of contractors who gave us ridiculous estimates and dirt cheap estimates with no proper guarantee and a 5 day job. The president Arnie Blake came to visit us and was the first contractor to point out what the issue with the old roof was. We had a low pitch roof which was done incorrectly and suggested a flat roofing material for that section and how we can ensure this damage would not happen again.
I must mention the materials used towards my roof was the very same the most expensive industry contractors are using, the so called patented products (by GAF).
I was very happy with the very fair estimate Arnie provided and extremely happy to learn that it was the same high end products that I was looking to use for our roof.
Arnie, I cannot thank you and your company enough for all the work you guys did. The team of roofers came in at 8:00 AM and were done by 3:00 (with a one hour lunch break) which I was told was a minimum 2 day job by other contractors.
I am glad that I don't have to do my roof work again. But if I had to do this all over again, I would do it with no one other than Blake. A big thank you, for being there for late night questions and quick text responses to all the doubts. I am glad we met. You truly made it very easy for us.
